  6. Prepare 5 tbsp of maize (ground corn, polenta mix).
  7. It's 3 tbsp of cornflour (corn starch).
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of nutritional yeast.
  9. Prepare 1 clove of garlic.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
  11. Prepare to taste of pepper.

  13. It's 4 tbsp of parsley, finely chopped.
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onions.
