These simple chili chocolate mousse pots are sooo delicious…dare I say one of the best things that's happened over here in dessert land recently (ok, maybe on par with this rasmalai… but chocolate is chocolate;) ). This mousse is rich, decadent, super satisfying, and the little chili kick it's got going on gives it that extra special something. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water. Ingredients of Chocolate Chilli Mousse
- It's 200 ml of Fresh cream.
- You need 250 gm of Dark Chocolate.
- Prepare 1 of Fresh red chilli.
- It's as needed of Choco chips for garnish.
- You need 1 tsp of Vegetarian Gelatine.
- It's 2 tsp of Water warm to mix the Gelatine.
Set aside to cool but not set. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick. Whisk egg whites in a nother bowl until stiif. Using a metal spoon fold the melted choclate into the egg yolks.

- Finely make a paste of 3/4 of the fresh red chilli..

- Mix the chilli paste to it and rest of the part cut them diagonally for garnish..
- Take fresh cream and nicely whipp it to form peaks..
- Warm the water and mix the gelatine till it gets transparent..
- Now mix all the ingredients like cream, chocolate, and gelatine and put them in individual cups..
- We can increase the quantity of chocolate if you wish to by 50-80 gms..
- Garnish with red chilli and choco chips..
Add most of the crushed pistachios, chilli and alcohol to the mixture and mix well. Process all ingredients, except raspberries and dark chocolate, in a blender until smooth.
