I used it for a Meatless Monday dinner and fried up some veggie egg rolls to go with. Boyfriend and I finished our plates and I am definitely game to. Pasta was on sale and I wanted to eat Chinese stir fry, the clean and clear type. It came out an al dente veggie pasta. Separate and rinse bok choy; pat dry.
