  19. It's 1 tbsps of fish sauce (or vegan fish sauce/soya sauce).
  20. You need 1 of lime, juiced.
  21. It's 2 tbsps of red peanuts, unsalted.
  22. You need of lime wedges to serve.

Som tam is a popular Thai salad featuring green papaya and a spicy chili pepper dressing. Traditionally, it's pounded with a mortar and pestle, which can be fun at times.
