Ingredients of Vegetarian Chili

  1. It's 12 oz of protein crmble, frozen.
  2. Prepare 2 of onions.
  3. Prepare 14 oz of cans (2) of diced tomates, undrained.
  4. It's 15 oz of can of tomato sauce.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of chili powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of cumin.
  7. You need 15 oz of (2) cans red kidney beans rinsed & drained.
  8. It's 2 tbsp of cornstarch.
  9. Prepare 1 1/4 cup of water.

Vegetarian Chili instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch & water in slow cooker..
  2. Cover & cook on low heat for 7 - 8 hours until vegetables are tender..
  3. Turn heat to high. Mix cornstarch & water till smooth. Add to chili and & stir well..
  4. Uncover & cook about 15 minutes until slightly thickened..
