- Prepare 14 oz of cans (2) of diced tomates, undrained.
- It's 15 oz of can of tomato sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chili powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin.
- You need 15 oz of (2) cans red kidney beans rinsed & drained.
- It's 2 tbsp of cornstarch.
- Prepare 1 1/4 cup of water.

- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch & water in slow cooker..
- Cover & cook on low heat for 7 - 8 hours until vegetables are tender..
- Turn heat to high. Mix cornstarch & water till smooth. Add to chili and & stir well..
- Uncover & cook about 15 minutes until slightly thickened..
