You can use any veggie combination for this omelette, I like to use onions, bell peppers, cilantro, spicy green chili peppers and dry spices in my omelette! Cut out the centre of the bread. Break an egg, add salt, green chillies, onions and coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients together ; Place the bread (with centre removed) on a preheated pan. Omelette stuffed with bread slices is a filling breakfast for kids.
