Tofu with Hot Chilli Tomato Sauce. But don't worry, this Tofu in Chili Garlic Sauce is still hot! It will still be just as tasty, though not as spicy. For those of you not into tofu I've use this sauce on veggies like broccoli and and bok choy and really enjoyed it too.

I added more chili spice (probably tripled it) added a dash of hot sauce a dash of garlic powder freshly ground black pepper and a hint of mrs dash hot and spicy.. Mixed all that up in the tofu. It won't change any color.so if seeing the white bothers you try marinating it in some tomato.

- Carrot and onion peeled and chopped..
- Chop tomatos.
- Put oil into the pan.
- Put onion and cook until gold.
- Add your chopped carrot and tomatos.
- Cook for about 2mins . Then add 1 pinch of sea salt.
- Pour into a little bit of hot water.

- Cover the lid and let it shimmer for 15 - 30 mins.
- Serve! I ate this with white rice. Yummyyy!!!.
Once hot, fry the tofu for three to four minutes, turning the cubes every minute or so, until golden brown all over. Transfer to a wire rack lined with kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt, and wipe.
