How to Cook Delicious Vegetarian stuffed marrow
Vegetarian stuffed marrow. Marrow has always been one of my favourite vegetables to eat. When I was younger, we used to go to a "pick your own" farm towards the end of summer and pick lots of fruit and vegetables at much. Marrows or courgettes, squash, zucchini depending on where you are in this world, come in different varieties.
A good recipe if you have a glut of marrows. In this vegetarian stuffed marrow recipe, I have used a vegetable mix with cheeses. - You need 1 of marrow.
- Prepare 1 of celery stick.

- Prepare 50 g of breadcrumbs.
- It's 2 handfuls of Parmesan.
- It's 1 of veg stock cube.

- Remove from oven and sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan on each slice. Cook for 15 min uncovered.
