Ingredients of Vickys Moroccan-Style Mint Tea, GF DF EF SF NF
- It's 1920 ml of water.
- You need 3 tbsp of loose green tea or 5 teabags.
- It's 1 bunch of mint leaves.
- It's 100 grams of sugar + extra to taste.
Vickys Moroccan-Style Mint Tea, GF DF EF SF NF instructions
- Boil the water in either a kettle or a saucepan.
- Turn off the heat, add the tea, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Add the mint leaves and continue steeping for a further 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved then strain into a jug.
- Serve hot with a sprig of mint or serve chilled over ice.
- The sugar can be substituted for 60mls of agave nectar + to taste.
