Slow cooker vegetarian chili. This recipe is admittedly a riff on my Slow Cooker Chili recipe that's usually made with ground beef. But I've been making it meatless for my vegetarian and vegan friends for years, adding in some farro (not gluten-free) or quinoa. The chili itself is actually vegan!
With no meat in sight, there is no need to dirty a separate pan for browning. Ingredients in slow cooker vegetarian chili: Red onion. - You need 1 can of red kidney beans, drained.
- You need 1/2 cup of vegetable stock.
- It's 1 tsp of garlic powder.

- You need 1 tsp of chili powder.
- It's 1 tsp of paprika.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of brown sugar.
- It's 1 cup of spinach, chopped.
