  2. Prepare 4 of Celery stalks chopped and diced.
  3. Prepare 1/2 of Red bell pepper chopped and diced.

  6. Prepare 2 cup of Chicken broth.

Low Fat & Vegetarian Black Bean Soup step by step

  1. Combine oil & veggies to a medium sized pot on high heat. (*garlic optional* I prefer to use 1 tbs of garlic salt*).
  2. Let veggies sauté until onions are moderately clear..
  3. Add chicken broth and black beans to high heat.
  4. Let boil for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. (*important to stir from bottom up so beans do not stick to the bottom of pan*).
  5. Lower heat to low for 5 minutes. Stir in cumin..
