  1. It's 1 of romaine lettuce heart, chopped.

  5. You need 60 grams of (half cup) shelled pistachio nuts.
  6. Prepare 100 grams of (half cup) crumbled goats cheese / feta / vegan style feta.
  7. You need 1/2 small of red onion, finely diced.
  8. You need of Citrus Vinaigrette.
  9. You need 40 ml of fresh orange juice.
  10. It's 40 ml of olive oil.
  11. You need 30 ml of apple cider vinegar.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of maple syrup / honey to sweeten if desired.
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
  14. You need pinch of black pepper.

  1. Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together for 30 seconds until combined.
