Easiest Way to Make Appetizing Vegan Platter

Vegan Platter. It's the perfect appetizer for parties or special occasions. Appetizer platters are not a popular thing in my country, but I've always found them so beautiful and I was dying to make one for you guys, so here it is my recipe! The vegan snack board has lots of salty and savoury flavours, but adding a few sweet surprises will take your taste buds for a ride.

I hope you're ready to impress all of your friends and family when you show up with this epic party platter. Since my body doesn't digest dairy very well, I decided to make a vegan platter. You can cook Vegan Platter using 30 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Vegan Platter

  1. Prepare of Almond flour flat bread.
  2. Prepare 3 tablespoon of almond flour.
  3. Prepare 1-2 teaspoon of maida for biding.
  4. You need 1/2 teaspoon of jeera powder.
  5. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  6. It's 1 pinch of Amchur.
  7. You need as needed of water.
  8. You need 4 teaspoons of Vegan Oil (Canola oil).
  9. It's of Chrunchy Hummus oil free.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of soaked and boiled chickpeas.
  11. Prepare 2 teaspoon of white til roasted.
  12. It's Half of grated carrot.
  13. It's Half of finely chopped onions.
  14. You need Half of finely chopped raw mango.
  15. You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
  16. It's Half of lemon.
  17. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  18. It's 1/2 tsp of Jeera powder.
  19. You need 1 pinch of Chilli powder.
  20. Prepare as needed of Water to blend to smooth paste.
  21. It's of High protein salad.
  22. It's 2 spoons of rajma.
  23. Prepare 2 spoons of Kala chana.
  24. Prepare 1/2 cup of sprouted green gram dhal.
  25. It's 1/2 of Raw mango finely chopped.
  26. Prepare 1 of cucumber finely chopped.
  27. You need 1 of small carrot grated.
  28. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  29. Prepare 1 of Green chilli chopped.
  30. You need 1/2 of lemon.

Instead of using three different cheeses like a standard platter, I used two of my go-to hummus recipes and a vegan cheese dish as the heroes—my Easy Homemade Hummus, Pretty in Pink Beet Hummus, and Baked Almond Feta (scroll down for recipes and tips). My platters look like this: Vegepate (loved by onmis too), maple syrup for drizzling, a couple types of olives, dates (bonus points for almond cheese stuffed), vegan herb/craisin cheese ball, ritz crackers, fancy nut and raisin thin sliced crackers, baguette, fancy hummus (e.g. roasted garlic and fresh thyme) or babaganoush, dolmas, sundried. This platter features marinated grilled peppers, zucchini, and eggplants, sweet and sour onions, pesto cream cheese, smoky tempeh, and many other goodies. It starts with the veggies, that are thinly sliced and marinated in olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Vegan Platter step by step

  1. Almond flour flat bread. Easy husky almond flour need half cup raw almonds, just pulse it in a mixer for 5 times with breaks every now and then.. leave 10 seconds gap and grind to fine powder. Make sure grind the flour with the skin it has all the nutritional value. Then add maida jeera powder amchur and salt and add lukewarm water make a dough.For making roti heat a tawa add a spoon of canola oil then spread one ball size roti on the tawa and pat with you fingers to make it flat keep in sim..
  2. Now pour canola oil around the roti and cook for a while. Then flip and cook on the other side also with a dash of oil. It will get brown specs which means it’s cooked.Serve with crunchy hummus(posted below).
  3. Note: do not over grind the flour it will become almond butter..
  4. Chruncy hummus. Grind boiled Chanasalt jeera powder white til roasted grind with little water. Mix in grated carrot chopped raw mango and onions to the dip to make it chrunchy.Garnish with chilli powder..
  5. High protein salad. Boil rajma brown Chanawith little salt and add sprouts. To this add grated carrots chopped cucumber and chopped raw mango and green chilli and half lime. Add salt for the carrot and cucumber as per taste. Mix well and serve as an accompaniment..
